Meet Elsa

Elsa’s journey into beauty and wellness has always been about more than outward appearance—it’s about restoring confidence and building relationships.

She began her career in beauty in 2004 as a single mom determined to create a better future for her family. From her very first clients, Elsa discovered that the real joy of her work wasn’t in highlights or color, it was in the conversations, the trust, and the bonds formed in her chair. Over the years, she became known not only for her skill, but for her ability to encourage and uplift those who trusted her with their beauty.

Elsa is a Master Instructor Spray Tan Professional • Certified Airbrush Makeup professional • Board-Certified Barber (with 20+ years experience) with a focus on color

In 2014, seeking positive health changes for herself, Elsa joined a gym and was soon recruited to compete in bodybuilding. That season taught her the power of discipline and resilience—and also introduced her to professional spray tanning and airbrush makeup.

Her own experience with tanning felt cold and impersonal, which inspired her to create something different: an approach rooted in dignity, warmth, and encouragement. She went on to become a certified spray tanning professional and later a master instructor. Today, Elsa offers spray tanning, airbrush makeup, and hair services, while also offering training others to bring skill and heart together in pursuit of their own spray-tan skill mastery.

Faith & Family

Faith has always been central to Elsa’s life. In 2018, she met her husband, Dustin, and together they discovered a shared passion for ministry and serving others through their local church. Their partnership deepened Elsa’s commitment to weaving faith into her work, including mission projects with widows and orphans—causes that continue to shape her vision today.

Whether she’s styling for a wedding, training future beauty professionals, or encouraging women in her community, Elsa’s purpose is the same: to combine artistry with compassion and to use her gifts to strengthen others.

    The name Glo’ it Forward reflects Elsa’s belief that confidence isn’t something to keep—it’s something to share. When you glow on the outside, it’s a reflection of the light within. That light encourages others, creating a ripple effect of confidence, dignity, and joy.

    I believe every woman was created beautifully and with purpose. My mission is to provide radiant, healthy beauty services that help women feel confident inside and out—whether preparing for life’s biggest moments or simply enjoying everyday self-care. Through spray tanning, airbrush makeup, and expert hair care, let’s create experiences that uplift, empower, and reflect the light within.
